Welcome to the Terms & Conditions for WiFi services provided by Globe SIM Registration Portal. By accessing or using the WiFi services at https://wifi.theglobesimregistration.ph, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the operator of the WiFi service. Your continued use of the service signifies your acceptance of these terms, as updated from time to time. Last updated: March 15, 2025.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use this service. By registering or connecting to the WiFi network, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Account Registration and Security
Registration may be required to access certain WiFi features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@theglobesimregistration.ph if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the WiFi service for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to: transmitting malware, launching denial-of-service attacks, violating intellectual property rights, or interfering with network integrity. Globe reserves the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance and to suspend or terminate access without notice for violations.
5. Limitation of Liability
The WiFi service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access. Globe and its affiliates expressly disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. In no event shall Globe’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service, if any.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.
